Default new numbers 240sx H/C

IM a little disappionted, but wasnt expecting much more in the numbers but it was pretty hot at the time, about 10 or so more then when i got it dyno`d last time.
i was hoping for 420 and 380 tq but heres the pics. i need to get a better intake or something cause it suck up nothing but hot air.
headers, ls6 stage 2 heads, tv2 112+0. no cats. 36lb injectors and ls7 lifters.
this car is all top end now lol

this is a ls2 got with headers an not cats. he only dyno`d 15 more then me when i only had those mods...Ls2<Ls1lol

What the trans/rear end setup? You can make 420/380 on stock heads in an F-bod (I did with a 233/239 cam and 90mm intake/TB with bolt-ons). I bet it is fun to drive though - what does it weigh? Another thing to consider is the dyno is just a tool and the track tells you how much power you're really making.

tras is a t56 stock, j30 infinity 3.93 gears.
stock TB and stock ls6 intake.
weights 2880 with full interior and huge speakers and box lol wnat to put it on a small diet and get her down to around 2700. shouldnt be too hard at all

here is a chart of the before and after the heads and cam.
you can see it flys stright up and past the last

the gain is on the average IMO and research.
most people with a better intake and port stock TB and pulley is around 425-435. so IMO with a fast IM and TB set up with some advancing, i`ll be up there.

Hmmm.. Huge jump at 4,300 on up.. What was the before/after combos?

Can't look at the before tune/after tuner number other than knowing the car has a safe AFR/timing ratio for it's current combo.

I bet that car just plain hauls! Ya I would think the numbers would be higher, but like someone stated b4 dyno is just a starting point, the track will tell u what u really are puttin down! Have fun and tear it up bro!

i went to the track a week ago and am very unpleased.

my old times were 12.6@ 115.5(best) with 330/336.
new times are 12.7@ 118.89 with 409/368.

im stumped on this, i think there has to be something wrong. i even tried to ease on it so i could hook up but still wasnt getting the times i should be getting.
how can 3k only give me 3mph faster. Yes,i know i need slicks or at least DR but still.
the guys ive seen online with just a cam are running high 11`s(11.8`s) at like 120.
yes there on DR but is that really holding me back that much?

Yes, tires are the key. I ran 11.87@116mph in a S13 with a SR20 that made 365whp. If you are trapping 119mph then you should be in the 11's. With a 1.70 60' you would have ran a 11.6-11.7(full second quicker) with that trap speed. Get you some 255/50/16 MT DR's or some ET streets.

Here is a time slip from my 2.0L car with a little 53mm turbo at 21psi. It did weigh 2580lbs w/o driver. I ran the 11.87 with a 1.69 60'.

Are you spinning on the 1-2 or 2-3 shift? DR's will fix that and lower your ET as well.

Your 60' slowed down .7... That is a ton!!! Tire and suspension my friend.. All the power does no good if you can't hook it!!

its very rare that sac does any track prep and can be very slick at times, those 60's are not entirely your fault. though you should at least take partial blame.
