With an MS4 cam you should be spinning that motor much higher than what your tuner did. My cam isn't much different than your MS4, Texas Speed 233/239 596/605 112 and mine made max power at 7,000 with a big 4,000+ loose converter, unlocked on a Mustang Dyno.

Go back and make them run it higher if you want to know what your car really has in it. Unless your car is being choked off because you have a regular LS1 intake?
