Default AES 402 on the rollers (C5 M6)

Just had a customer install and tune one of our budget 402ci longblocks, port and 5 angle valve job from here (stock valves), 799 casting, stock LS6 intake, stock 75mm TB, 24X/25X comp cam, 11.8:1 SCR, made 470/463 through a C5 M6, I'd say thats respectable numbers for sub $1,000 heads, i'd expect 500rwhp with ported FAST/90mm TB.

Starts at $4999 for iron 408 longblock with 243/799 heads, in that package we machine the seats for 2.02/1.57 valves, worth about 10cfm.

hey fraser ,,, Awesome with only stock parts !! , he should spend some money for the intake/heads and i'm sure he will be in 5xxRWHP range , also AES knows skillfully how to work on these engines .

Very nice numbers. Does the owner have plans to keep tweaking it or is he pretty much set with it?
