Stock Shortblock 2004 LS1 GTO 6-speed.... Not too shabby! Just got back from a the dyno over at where i had my car tuned for the new mods. Its a stock shortblock 2004 5.7 LS1 GTO. I was pretty impressed with the numbers and im super happy with the driveability of the Thunder Spec Cam. I dont think i can squeeze anything else out of her without going into the shortblock
I copy and pasted the mods list so some of them have nothing to do with the dyno but you get the idea

My stock clutch was done at 31K miles after going H/C/I only 1K miles before that. It was slipping pretty bad at the top of 4th. I don't expect yours to last long unless you're pretty easy on it.

Yeah My other car has a T-Rex V2...I almost went with it again on this car but being a GTO as opposed to an F-body i was going to try to eliminate some cam surge in 6th...too smooth of a ride to butcher. Gene talked me into the RapTR. Turned out well and drives nice..
