383 camshaft help

I have a 383 ls1 in my camaro and with edelbrock heads and tsp 233 239 cam. It put out 508 rwhp. I was very happy with the results but the driveability just isn't there compared to my previous tr 224 cam. What would be a good cam that might not loose to much hp and improve driveabilty. The tr 224 was way behind in power after about 3000 rpm so I am not sure if I want to put it back in. I guess I am looking for a good compromise cam.

custom cam,not too many ls1 off the self cams where designed for a ls1 383.contact Patrick-G.

Thats good power for a 383. Yea the TSP cams are hard to drive. I had an MS4 in my 383. Try Ed at FLow Tech (FTI) he can grind a great cam for you.
