Default Accuracy of G-Tech Pro SS/RR

Hey Guys, I'm basically just asking,

"Do you believe these things are accurate at all, or at least a good baseline with approachable usefulness, or some gimmick crap?"

I swapped a lid onto my F-body and my GTechProSS said +6.0rwhp/+2 lb.ft. of torque, which RWhp seems accurate enough (just a SLP lid with the same K*n filter)

only thing that I have found to be accurate on the g tech is 1/4 mi et. mph always seems to be off...
