Default 01 SS 6 spd , H/C/I dyno #'s , gears hurt me ??

I just recently put a set of Ported 243 ls6 heads , a Fast 90 intake and tb ( unported ) with my F14 cam and a set of 42 lb injectors, before when my car was tuned with just the cam , lid, Pacesetter lts' , TSP true duals through stock clutch and stock 10 bolt it put down 410 hp/ 390 tq......Just got it retuned after the heads , intake and injectors but now i have a Moser 9 inch with 4.56 gears and a spool...The car put down 432 hp/ 383 tq, guess im expecting a little more, what do u guys think, could the heavy 9 inch and the 4.56 gears have robbed much on the dyno, or do these numbers regardless seem descent ??

Numbers look pretty good. Not only does the 9inch rob power but also the 4.56 gears takes some over the 4.10's as well

the gears and 9" probably equate to at least 10-12 hp.. the loss of torque is from the intake.. same thing happened to me.. were the heads milled at all?

Man they are actually not milled at all, i got them cheap from a guy and just had them cleaned up and new springs, retainers, seals put in

yea man if you wanted to get some more power out of them I'd mill them down a couple CC's.. in stock un-milled form they take our compression from 10:1.1 to 10:5.1.. if you swapped out gears for more street friendly and milled the heads to get compression around 11:1 you could easily see 450-460 I'm betting. No PTV issues either as that cam isn't very radical.

Yeah , i know, Jason must have misquoted himself on the phone with me or just printed out the wrong dyno sheet, either way, cant complain for the money i have in it, plus ive read on here where alot of guys lost quite a bit on the dyno through a 9 in and gears

I believe I read a thread on before after dyno on a swap from the 10 bolt to a Dana 60 and it was 25 hp. I would think that the 9" would be similar.

Its all good man lets find some wheels/tires for it and make it happen.
I think it picked up quite a bit because who know's what it would have made if you had dyno'd it w/o the heads/intake.

**** is weak Sammy!

Your car will hurt some feelings if people are looking at dyno numbers.

Sammy I must have misheard someone when they had your car on the dyno. I did go back a get you a graph to compare your car before and after with SAE #'s . These are the best two pulls we had on file SAE
