Default Dynoed bone stock 2001 SLP SS

So I did a baseline dyno today on my the replacement Camaro SS I got. Pleasantly surprised because I've seen this dynojet usually on the low side. For example 2010 SS auto dynoed 318

Car is the way it came from the dealership. Has 45K miles

I don't hold faith in number for bragging. I've seen first hand how much they can be off. It's good to say I went from this to this. But get some drag racing in and let the car show what it can do.

Also nit being a dick but had a friends 2010 camaro with a stick. Hf cats. Cat back intake and tune put down 348.

Stick will dyno higher, and the stock auto tune is very conservative in those cars. With a tune on the auto the OP mentioned, it would likely be in line with your friend's results. Dyno is only good for comparing relative "health" of cars run on the same dyno.

For instance, mine ran 302rwhp untuned, a buddies did 292rwhp lid/exhaust untuned.

I would slightly edge out my buddy on the top end, and they always ran consistent with each other in back to back races.

Looks pretty good to me. When i dyno'd my old 2000 SS bone stock (SLP lid and Dual/Dual options) it put down 316/325 through a M6.

Agree. Last week I dyno'd a 2000 Camaro SS that was bone stock with 95K miles. It put down 289/312 through the 4l60E. Granted it has an LS1 intake manifold whereas a 2001 SS has the LS6.

I have since Seafoamed the motor. I'll check and probably change the plugs too. Just wanted to see what it was putting down in the condition that it showed up in.

My '99 ram-air formy put down 298 at the tires with 500 miles back in '00. Went 13.3@107.1 the following week.
