New tune, etc.
New tune, etc. Just finished replacing my stock injectors with 42lb Disc injectors, put on a ported TB and new MSD 8.0mm wires. Dan at Mosport Speed Shop did a fabulous but safe tune on his Mustang dyno. The results were impressive, 365RWHP, 350 RWTQ. On a Dynojet dyno those numbers came out to 430RWHP and 412 RWTQ. There is still room for more in the tune if we lean her out a little more, but I like a little safety net.
Next up will be converting to drive by wire with a 04' Vette ECM and Ported TB. Dan is using my SS to mock up a conversion package for fourth gen F-Bodies, complete with a handheld tuner loaded with a tune specific to each car. More info as we work thru the details.
