These are the cam packages one needs when using the TReX:

LS1 Cam package price w/ Comp 26921-kit springs, cam, pushrods, and gaskets - $1024.99

LS1 cam package price w/ Crane springs, ti rets, seats, VS seals, pushrods and gaskets - $849.99

The cam seperately is $429.99.

hey, im in new orleans(metairie) when time/date you guys heading to track? im going to NPR wed if i can finish clutch breakin by wed...

I have a 99 SS with JetHot LT's, LS6 Intake, 3.73 Gears, !cats, !air, !egr...

Would this cam be recommended for me or would the 230 be better?

Sorry to hijack the thread temporarily: I have the TR230 Cam and am VERY pleased with it. I made 400RWHP and 380RWTQ with it It just DOES NOT like to be under 1500 RPM though heh.. thats why I now have a Ford 9 with 4.11 and its bad *** with a tune.

As far as my humble opinion I think you need 4.10 or higher 3.73 wont cut it

I would tend to agree ... a cam this big will require at least 4.10s to run decent at a low RPM.

Hey jason ... do you forsee a GP on this cam package sometime within the next month? ( The last 2 cams I purchased at full price, then they went on GP or sale not even 2 weeks later .... if it happened again I would be forced to throw my monitor into the wall ).
