Default LSX427 Twin Turbo - 1206hp at the flywheel

My new LSX427 is being installed into my 2005 model Vauxhall Monaro VXR (= the UK equivalent of the modern Pontiac GTO). The engine has been commissioned by John Sleath. John's documented the build on his website: http://www.john-sleath.com/andrew%20arnold%20page.htm

He finalised the tune a couple of weeks ago and produced this dyno sheet for me:

Output is limited by both turbos and injectors, both of which are running pretty much flat out. I'd like to see how far this engine will go, but am constrained by our emissions testing for cars of that age.

Next step will be to replace the stock rear with something that will give me traction without falling apart.

Here is a clip of it on an earlier round of tuning when it produced 1143hp...

It's quite a long clip, but it's worth waiting for the shot of the dyno screen about 2/3 the way in.

PS John refers to it as an LS1, but it's not. The block is a genuine LSX427 (six bolt heads).
