Default Full bolt on 01 SS
My buddys 01 SS with Full exhaust, Lid, LS6, and ported TB put down 290. After awhile of tuning the number went up to 345. Have you ever seen gains like that before? I was expecting a 20hp max gain. Crazy dyno??

something must not have been right one of the passes. Maybe the way the dyno was setup. What kind of dyno? M6 or A4 car??

It was on a dyno jet with an m6 car. I also thought it was very strange.

Umm well 290 was very low especially for a m6. So maybe it had bad tune already and he didn't know ?

Thats what I was thinking. The car has alot of miles on it so know one really knows. He brought it to the track as well but couldnt hook for ****.

The factory tune was way off due to the mods. All that matters is the final tuned number, which is right on par.

hmm.. those are pretty low for a m6.. my stock a4 ss put down 305hp 323tq.. Looks like it picked up a fair gain after the tune tho.
