Default 383 dynoed!

so yesterday i was at gm carlisle and decided to get my car dynoed. my mods are in my sig. the car is untuned! made 2 pulls first pull got me 403rwhp and 396rwtq and 2nd pull got me 408rwhp and 393rwtq. i cut the pulls at 6,000rpm. motor has a lot in it after the tuned and i could bring it up to 7200. also i have bigger injectors,85mm maf, 98mm lid, and bigger ram air box to still put in. what you guys think it will make after all that and the tune? il upload the graph later today!

numbers don't seem that great. i'd expect an untuned 346 h/c/i car to do about the same.

why are you pulling a new, untuned motor? seems like a waste and potentially damaging to the engine.

like said, that probably wasnt your brightest idea ever. h/c/i on stock injectors and a higher displacement motor could have been an expensive mistake. tune before you beat on it more.

its gta have some kind of tune in it... that thing would barely run with those big *** injectors in there... i could barely get mine to run with 36's until i got a mail tune. he's gotta atleast have one of those.

the tune that is on it is my previous ms3 tune that was modified a little for the new setup. im going to vette doctors next week to get tuned. i thought the numbers were really good for not being tuned. there are stock 243s on it also. it was still climbing to make peak hp at 6000. so after the tune and reving it more it should deff be above 450rwhp

I was there for the dyno, your car is in desperate need of a tune. I didnt get to check the a/f ratio due to the large crowd but not the safest idea running the car up to 6000rpm basically untuned.

Save the gorrilla chest pounding til after the car is tuned, no need to try and show off a car at a carshow in front of 100s of people untuned.
