Alright, i should have updated the old information. I decided to change the cat-back for a magnaflow setup, but i'm including an electronic cutout directly after the headers to help with airflow.

No, i'm not going to get another custom cam, as the one i just installed was specced for what i wanted.

At this point i'm just trying to squeeze everything out of it that i can. I just felt that the numbers it produced were below what it should have produced. Similiar setups have easily been 500+rwhp.

what would make you think a magnaflow catback would yield anything over a dual/dual? do you feel a difference with the cutouts open? are you tuned for cutout open or close?

My cam just a little bigger than yours.. 246/255-613/646@113+2LSA

But I have Trick FLow 215cnc heads

Also remember that dyno #'s don't mean ****. My buddies 1999 SS with a 416ci LQ9 made 480rwhp and 513 torque to the wheels and ran a 10.26@133mph..

It's easy to get caught up in dyno numbers. Take it to the track and see what it runs. That will really tell how much you are making.

FWIW, my cutout was worth 9hp over my SLP dual/dual muffler.

Well guess I will ask some obvious ?'s.

What is your static compression ratio on the 402??

What octane fuel are you running??

Do you have any additional build specs (tolerences, deck height?)
