Once it goes above 14 lbs of boost the tune pulls 10 degrees of timing and commands 10.0 afr. It made 729 hp on 15lbs of boost but only 3-5 degrees of timing with the cutout open. The pull that made 717 was through the slp dual dual 12.5 lbs @ 4000 rpm and than taper down to 11.5 lbs by 6000, 13 degrees of timing from 4000-5000 rpm than up to 6000 I run 15 degrees. The few times it hit 15lbs while driving the car it ran like crap and I know right away to let off.

What do you mean? It finally blew up this year, I sold it to a friend and he swapped in a th400. It broke 4 piston ring lands, I think he ran it out of meth and had the wastegate line hooked up on the wrong side lol. First pull on the dyno made around 730 hp through the th400 just blipping into the throttle when I realized something wasn't right. It still ran for a month or so after lowering the boost. Its now getting a 5.3 with rods and pistons so I can't wait to see what it runs finally.

This motor had a lot going against it for a boost setup. 11:1 compression n/a build that made 444 rwhp and I basically slapped a turbo on it with a meth system. I didn't gap the rings and had stock head bolts. You don't need studs unless you plan to make a lot more power. Stock head bolts and gm mls gaskets easily hold 700-800 rwhp. Pump gas + methanol is all I ran but E85 would have been ideal. The tune is the most important part, I had several safety parameters setup to help things live.

Back from the dead, I got my car up and running again. Clutch problems and life happened. After sitting for 3 years I hit up a dyno day at my buddies new shop on his brand new load bearing dynojet. 3 years of dirt and dust on the air filter and running through my stock slp dual dual muffler.
8 PSI = 634 / 616
10 PSI = 694 / 680
11 PSI = 722 / 701
Time for a th-400 and some 9s.

Sold the car to a buddy who installed a Turbo 400 with a PTC 9.5 Converter. The same tune that made 720 rwhp on the 6 speed made 599 rwhp thru the auto. Also someone plumbed the wastegate to the top instead of the bottom so the first pull maxed out the 2 bar map sensor instantly, it revved so fast I let out right away. It spiked 740 rwhp thru the auto for about a 1 second pull on 92 octane with straight meth with 11:1 compression lol. It didnt even blow up and still runs. I'd guess that would have been well over 850 rwhp thru the 6 speed which was still thru the stock SLP dual dual muffler!
