Stock LS6, stock catback, MAF, throttlebody, free mods Headers and ORY makes 375
Car runs good, Tuned by Edcmat-l1 via E mail(GREAT guy to deal with), had 180 miles on the new engine.
Stock rebuild except for Mahle pistons, ARP rod bolts and balanced. LS1 shortblock.
Heads, cam and intake off a 2002 Z06 untouched, PAC 1218 springs.
Pacesetter headers and ORY, stock catback with Magnaflow muffler and Bullet in I pipe.
Free mods, lid.
Stock Z28 MAF and throttlebody.
My Wideband in the collector read .4-.5 richer than the dyno's tailpipe wide band.
With a better catback, 85mm maf, lid and throttlebody what would it pickup?
Here is the graph, made two pulls the 375 pull was the indicated 13.99 A/F ratio which indicated 13.3 on my wideband. I loaded the richer tune back in which was 12.8 on my wideband, needs to be a safe tune as its a road race car.

I was kinda disappointed, my buddy pointed out I had a stock catback, stock MAF and TB. He said with the Z06 85mm TB and MAF and a better catback it might break 400 to the wheels.
Car is nice to drive, power everywhere, drives like a stocker.

I was planning using LS6 heads & cam along with the rest of the boltons and from my research 390 seems about what to expect. A few have gotten 400rwhp.
Im not sure If I want to go the LS6 route. I really want lots of low and mid range power and the LS6 cam doesnt start making its power over the LS1 can until 4000rpms and then it takes off.

Yeh, I think the smaller F body MAF, throttlebody and stock catback are choking it a little.
I dont have all the other tricks either.
UD pulley, electric water pump etc.
Car runs good though. Drives just like a stocker.

SS, this car drives like a stocker, will kill the tires anywhere in 1st gear and most of second.
It's a BALL to drive, can't wait to get it on track. I am going to Roebling Road in Ga on Nov 5-6.

OP, I agree with you..."SS, this car drives like a stocker, will kill the tires anywhere in 1st gear and most of second". I have an LS6 crate in my 02 A4 Z28 with 3:42's in the back. I do have JBA shorties with full Magnaflow out the back. Like the others have said, replace your stock cat back system, that is your bottle neck. The MAF should be more then enough, just either buy or have your throttle body ported. If you replace the cat-back and port the TB, you will notice a difference.

Also the Pacesetter ORY merge has also been know to be a restriction. Consider getting the TSP ORY or purchasing a flowmaster style merge. The factory catback I-pipe is 2.75" A full 3" catback would open up some. A UDP should open up power down low.

Does the TSP pipe hook directly to Pacesetter headers?
I like the muffler setup I have, so I only need the I pipe that goes over the axle, can you buy that seperately anywhere?

At first when i looked at the mods list I thought it was low seeing as z06 cars will dyno around 350 stock wit an irs while the fbody has a live axle so it should even be a little higher however there are some things that would really help you out.
The stock catback as mentioned could be changed...
The z06 tb is the same size as ls1 so i dont really see that being a restriction but a ported one would probably pickup a few hp.
An udp should net a good gain.
Also that pacesetter merge isnt the best change that out with the catback.

So you're saying that it would be even lower when corrected to sae? Dyno's are merely a tuning tool and this one could be off but z06's normally dyno around 350-360 stock, that's through an irs also which would not suck power in the fbody due to its having a live axle. So yes I find it a little hard to believe a full bolt on ls6 camaro with a 6spd is only making 375, c5 ls6 cars usually do around 390 on corvette forum and ls6 swapped fbodys have hit 400 multiple times. Again the dyno is a tuning tool but those numbers have been replicated time and time again. I think that the op's some what under par numbers are due to still having the unported tb, a bad y merge, and an underdrive pulley would help out as well.
