My car with with a 408, ported 102, 244 248 612 615, tfs 225's, harland sharp rockers, Ram HD clutch, 342 rear end, power bond pulley, Kooks 1 7/8's headers and a stock water pump made 499 and 469 trq. I would say you are a little low but not alot.

I am going to a electric water pump eventually just have had the money yet. There is a thread about 408's and dyno numbers. It is stickied, check it out.

Who tuned it? What catback? At first glance the numbers seem a tad low, but there are many variables in a setup like this. My 402 started around 445whp and quickly moved to 511whp with some intake/exhaust tweaking. That was with a similar sized cam with LS3 intake/heads.

Nice numbers! Those 3.91's in a IRS car are eating up a few hp, I'd ditch the k&n intake.

What kind of compression? On paper it looks like a nice setup ... but the results do seem low .... My 402 made 508rwhp/497rwt on a DynoJet with 90/90, 1-3/4's & 215's.

I see alot of "lower" torque numbers with the 102/102. Several threads & postings have mentioned they seem to hurt torque. With the improvements over my 402, I expected to see 525+rwhp and torque numbers close to or just over 500 for your setup.

Go put it on another dyno and see what it reads. Maybe that dyno is stingy?

Are the 225's cnc'd or as-cast? What did the heads bench flow (flow #'s provided)? Is the FAST ported? Has the tuner said he can get more out of it or is it "done"?

Could have a little to do with the tune also. Check the tune. Are you running speed density or what? Seems like a strong build so i dnt see why you wouldnt see atleast 505-510 RWHP....
