Numbers are in!!!! Being a FORD man first... I was skeptical on the power that the LS1 can put out. Even in stock form, some of the things I read sounded odd. So I went in yesterday's dyno session with a modest number in mind. Well.... all I can say is FN LS1!!!! I am convinced that CHEVY got it right and FORD was/is playing catch up since 1993.

With the modest mods I have..... Output is amazing!!! Cannot understand why FORD has to make a special car (Cobra, Termy, Mach 1) to keep up with CHEVY'S run of the mill Z28.
Still love my low 12's truck, but the Fbod is growing on me.
