I love forums. Post a question, and 1/2 the time people point you to the search button, or sticky.
Someone bumps an old thread, and 1/2 the time people complain about that.
hehehe, oh well.
Thanks for sharing the dyno. I'm surprised the LS6 cam made so much HP. It seems like a nice choice for a stock-ish sound/idle, but with more power.

Right now I have a pretty much stock SS with my mods in sig, Is an LS6 cam worth it over an aftermarket cam? I take it with the LS6 cam you car wont sound like you have a cam in it and it has great driveablity and what not, With aftermarket cams do you loose driveability? As in if your car is a daily driver do aftermarket cams lessin up the drivability for daily driving?

LOL...I was wondering why I was getting email notifications for this thread again.
After tuning the car made 366rwhp/360rwtq SAE thru the FLP cats. My rev limiter is at 6500. The best I have run so far at the track is a 12.74 @ 113. That was on a 2.0 60' on 17 inch street tires. I could get the car to hook, but then at the top of 1st it would start spinning the tires badly which caused me to have to let out of the throttle and feather it going into second.....where I would still get alot of wheel spin and had to lift off the throttle again. So, I was impressed that I got that ET and mph out of it considering. Recently got a 12-bolt though, so will see how gears and traction help soon hopefully.
