Yes, that's about right for your mods. It's a bit lean for my tastes though.

My car (see sig) w/ stock ex. manifolds, o/r y-pipe, SLP lid put down 321/338 (SAE) at near level with 45k miles on the clock. So basically you have 20+hp with the headers. That's about right.

Nice flat torque curve! Your A/F looks close to 13.x+/-? At sea level I am running 12.8+/-, and it gets hot here in the summers, so I too like mine a little richer. While my motor also made a more power nearer to 13.x, I prefer a safety factor over top hp/tq.
