I think its nice to know that even with above 150,000 miles you can still put down good numbers. Shows how great the LS motor is.

sounds low imo but, only reason i say that is when i got my car dyno tuned it had stock ls1 intake stock TB etc, only thing done was headers and borla catback with the cut out part open, had moser 9in with 3.70s, was an M6 car, i feel u having the ls6 over my stock ls1 should put u at more, this is my dyno sheet (this was awhile ago why sig reads diff, and i dont think thats up to date ether but)

All you need is a dyno jet to get higher numbers. Who cares.

I consider My 98 ws6 m6 was a freak had the old ls1 motorsports lid, granatelli mass air(I know now not worth it but this actually was a good one, w/ the iat sensor to advance timing included at the time for $8) k&n, everything else was factory even the single exhaust outlet! My A/F tho was 13.1 a little high for my liking probably from the iat and maf, car made 323/337 sae corrected at 85degrees. At arizona dyno chip in chandler az ill post the sheet soon. After I did mid lengths macs or Y and custom cat back it only made 333/346 a month later. I started burning 2 quarts at 30k so my af was all over the place ons covered the whole shop with blow by! It was that bad so sad had to sell before it burned oil it trapped 111 at 13.00 on eagles at firevird raceway in Phoenix

my thoughts Exactly!.... i ran 8.37 in my car... mind you i lost my license.. my buddy, who drove my car more than I, only went 8.64 on the same night.... And he's a waaaayyy better than AVERAGE driver. Nobody around can come close to my times....SLP lid and free mods.....194,000 miles... id say my car would dyno around 315-325 at most.

323/338 at the wheels with a junk *** k&n intake and a rotten mac cat back. Ran 13.1@ 106 on stock tires. 12.85@110 on drag radials with headers, ls6 intake and true duals at a crap track.

My 02 ws6 m6 did 325rwhp/342rwtq with only an slp lid. smooth bellows, and k&n filter. Everything else was stock. 330rwhp/341rwtq with a addition of electric cutout. The same day one of my buddy 02 ss m6 with pacesetter longtubes, loudmouth 2 exhaust, tune did 333 rwhp and another 02 ss m6 with american racing headers/ gmmg exhaust did 332rwhp.

Mine went 13.1 @108 factory stock with 80k miles and a crap 60' and a clean paper filter. I don't have dyno numbers but I think I'm on the good side of average

Our old 02 WS6 made 351/372 with a Blackwing lid, SLP LM1 catback, dyno tune (334rwhp before the tune) and a built T56.. I think alot of that power came from the trans though, since all the internals are cryo'd and completely micropolished.

Before the trans, and tune the car ran 8.4@87mph on crap sportline springs, and stock eagle F1s at full weight (jack, spare, etc)

the dyno is a horrible way to judge the maximum power of your engine... it is however a great TOOL to gain the most efficiency possible with your engine. What a lot of people don't understand is that dyno's can be adjusted (or misadjusted) to read what ever the operator wants it to read. One dyno can show an engine to produce 350 hp at whatever rpm, then move over to the next dyno the very same day and it will read 330 or 325.. same engine, different calibration on the dyno's. If you want to know the real #'s, not just what the dyno operator wants you to think, go to the drag strip and use that info to calculate the hp yourself... here is a good site that has a calculator on ithttp://www.dragtimes.com/horsepower-et-trap-speed-calculator.php?et=12.5&trap=115&weight=3500&submit ButtonName=Calculate+Horsepower+Estimate
