Default LS6 to Fast 102
Just got my car dynoed and tuned by Alvin at PCMforless. I went from a ls6 to fast 102 picked up 17hp.Car made 461hp 405tq. Before it made 444/428.Numbers are SAE. I also changed to a CME setup with Borla exhaust from true duals and went from 3.73 to 4.10 gears so the number would have been higher.I have an MTI 78mm clear lid that might be holding me back some too.

Nice gain! Swap that lid with ftp 98mm and add chrs1313 ram air + 85mm MAF if you dont already have one and expect to gain at least another 5rwhp and more on the highway

Is it normal to lose that much torque when having higher gears ? Or that just because of the fast or something else .

Great numbers BTW .

The torque loss is from the cam changing the powerband. It becomes more efficient at high rpm, which makes more hp over torque. It probably has somewhere around a 112 LSA. On that setup, the fun begins at 5000 rpm!
