Default Dyno Smoke

Had car put on dyno and smoked at top rpm and when let off. Heard pcv systems suck on these cars, so I checked it out. No pcv valve in line before entering intake at all. My question is if I just install a catch can will it stop this without the pcv valve? Thanks

yes it should help at the least.put a catch can and run a line from each valve cover to it.that is not a good crankcase evac but will help at the least.i had mine setup like that and had no problems.

Mine did it too at the tip-top of the pull, and when he let off. I have an 04+ LS6 valley as well as a Norris catch can. Mine wasn't very bad though.

Mine threw a good lil puff at the end of each pull on the dyno. That was 10k miles ago when the blower went on. It turned 140k the other day on the stock longblock. Dont worry, just dont over rev it...
