Dyno question

Dyno question Bought a Turbo camaro couple weeks ago, and was going through some of the paper work and found a dyno sheet. I noticed the the curve is not nice and flat, its rather "bumpy" towards the peak. I'll try and get a scan or take a pic to show what I mean.
But any guesses of what the cause of this is? if its even relative?

76mm turbo kit 7.5lbs boost
Dana 60 rear w/ stock ratio
Stock t56
I'm still going through receipts to figure out exactly whats done to the car, at some point it had an aftermarket cam in it, but it doesn't say anything about supporting mods for the cam. So aside from the big stuff I have no idea whats done internally
