Did you make these numbers with the stage 2 heads?

Here is some testing we did a little while back of a stock shortblock 346. This is a comparison of stock 241 heads w/ stock Ls6 intake vs. our Stage 1 (As Cast) heads w/ stock Ls3 intake. Same cam was used in both tests.

HP Gain: +47.95
Torque Gain: +35.75

No loss in HP or Torque in any RPM.

We use a factory GM casting, then we modify to fit the smaller valve combo. Yes, with the combustion chamber volume and the excellent flow quality, these make for an awesome boost combo.

What size cam were you using on the stock 346 ls1 testing?

Do you do any blending in the "as cast' version on the bottom of the new valve seats to match them to the ports, or is there a ridge or material which needs to be knocked off? Or is this all taken care of with the valve job? Thanks.

Yes we do...each port to seat transition is hand blended and leaves a very nice transition that is better than factory. There is no work on your end needed, we send them to you ready to go.

Damn interesting setup!

How do you think the stage ones would work on a stock cube LS1?

I'm just throwing this out there, but DAMN! You guys have some really good prices on parts!

Then I click on any part for more info and the page won't load.

Dammit! I just got rid of my 383... Lol

I was wanting this kinda set-up. But, Mast was too pricey. I hope you do well.

Ps.
The comparison post #22, were both combos sporting same exhaust at tune procedure?
Maxed or safe? Just wanting to clarify. The 379 seems a little soft for that cam, that's all. But, I understand all dynos are different.
Thanks in advance!

Will these fit with a Texas Speed MS4 cam on an LS2? Pistons are Mahle with -4cc valve reliefs.

I was just wondering myself if these might be better on a 6.0 than regular LS3 heads considering how shrouded the stock LS3 valves are

Thats why I'm definitely leaning towards these vice my current L92 heads. Even with the 4.030 bore of the 408 I'm building, the factory size L92 valves are still shrouded rather badly. I'm also wondering if these are true aftermarket castings, or modified stock castings.
