First time to the dyno what do you all think?

It's easy with the right tools. Not sure of you have to remove fan because when I took mine off it was to do my cam swap. I too need to get a pulley. With my cam I made 373/371 that was with out ported tb and pulley just like you. I have added a ported tb and I have a xpipe waiting to go in then I will re dyno. If not at 400 I will get a pulley. So I am very interested in your results

Yeah thats the thing I know its not hard but I dont have the right tools and dont want to screw it up. Question for those who bought their ported throttle body with pots around how much times does it takes to ship? I ordered sunday at the same time I ordered pulley and I got the pulley yesterday but for the throttle body I haven't even received tracking info he only emailed me to ask if I wanted cut and caped coolant lines and other questions on moday but no tracking info so far.

You going to fix that cutting out it was doing on the dyno? I would make that my first priority.
Make sure you read on the balancer, plenty of folks on here have stripped the threads in the crank...both pulling it and putting it back on. It isnt hard, but youve got to have/make the tools.
