Default 02 WS6 new numbers

Previous uncorrected and without headers was 326/335. That was with the computer pulling 18-20 degrees on me above 4k rpm. I was very lean. Today's numbers are with the headers/cats. No tuning. The headers alone solve my lean condition because the A/F was right on. Final corrected numbers were 332/331. Graphs can be seen in the link below. So give me your thoughts. Am I wrong to be somewhat disappointed? I was hoping for 340rwhp with my minimum mods.

Add a tune and a ASP pulley and you will be in the mid 350rwhp range. You also have widder and heavier wheels/ tire combo aswell.

With a tune, lid,ported TB,LS6 manifold,Corsa,PPC headers and Offraod y plus TT2 17x11's I made 358rwhp............

Your numbers will pick up with a few more bolt on's

Back when I had just headers on my Z28, it dyno'd 340rwhp and 350rwtq.. but that was with an offroad Y pipe.

Thanks! It sounds like I am right where I should be. I could take the cats off and put the FLP straight pipes in next time to see what that would do.

Mine was just dyno'd yesterday - very similar mods but no headers and came up with 331/345 - so you are right about where you should be.

Damn Casey! You have a hoss there. Your putting down what I did with headers. Can anyone comment on the effect 4.11's would have on your dyno numbers? I think it's very minimal. Maybe 1-2hp loss with it. Am I wrong and it's actually more like 5-10rwhp? Oh well, after hearing from all of you I am feeling pretty good about where I am at.

I didn't loose anything on the dyno by going from 3.42's to 4.10's.

I think those numbers are pretty close for an A4 with your mods. They loose more thru the trans than a M6 does. A ported TB and ASP pulley will pick it up around 10rwhp or so.

I would be dissapointed also. We have the same car and your only pulling less than 30 rwhp than I did bone stock. I recently saw a guy gain an extra 50 rwhp when a real good tuner dyno tuned his car. Stock, he ran 306 rwhp, modded he ran 490 rwhp and the tune brought him up to 541 rwhp.
