Default Please help me figure out this problem.

This may not be the perfect spot for this question but here it is any ways.

As you can see by my sign I have a 2002 WS6 TA. I am now having a problem with it that I hope someone on here can help me figure out. The problem is sometimes my parking lamps will stay on after I get out od the car. I mean for the whole night. Sometimes when I turn on the headlights and then turn them off later the headlight panels stay up and when it does this the parking lamps stay on. When I remove the blue fuse on the second row from the top (Power Acses) the panels will close and the parking lamps go off. But when I plug it back in the panels will stay down and the lamps come back on. At first I thought I had a bad relay that might be hanging up. I could not find this relay so I called the local Pontiac dealer and asked them were it was. I found out that there is no relay that controls the parking lamps. They said either the body module or the head lamp module was going bad. The parts are like 150 and 250 dollars a peice. So what I am now looking for is a very good Chiltons manual or something and a good wiring diagram with the GM troubleshooting flow chart. I was hoping someone might have one or know were I could get this stuff at. I know I could just pay the dealer to fix this problem but I want to be able to fix this problem and any other electrical problems that may come up in the future myself. I just like doing this stuff myself and I hait to leave my car in the shop for a week or two and not get it fixed right the first time and not learn something new.

Thanks for any help ya'll can give me on this subject.
