Jeep 6.0/4l80e dyno
Motor started as a 2004 lq4 and has 317 heads. I had it completely rebuilt with mahle forged pistons running 9.75 compression. This was a builder error because I wanted 11:1 but he screwed up and didn't check my head castings.
Anyways upgrades are a FAST LSXRT intake, LS6 cam, springs and Texas speed push rods. Stock rockers. Sanderson headers with a custom 3" from the headers back cat back.
I'm currently running the stock fuel injectors and my tuner says I'm starting to lean out a little past 5500. Granted i will probably rarely see that rpm. I'm looking at upgrading to the 8.1 marine 42lb injectors, just not sure if the stock 06 fuel pump (58psi/110lph) and 5/16" fuel line will work with the larger injectors.
Any suggestions or reason why my hp numbers would be greater than the torque numbers? I know that's common with imports but expected higher torque numbers than hp.
Rolling stock is a 4l80e/ 241OR transfer case and 35" MT's geared at 4.88:1.
Came out to 277rwhp and 243ftlb.
Trying to figure out how to post the images.
Stock pump is only 109lph, so the walbro should be the final touch.... And then to start saving for the magnacharger.
my s10 was just tuned/dyno'd at Modern Muscle (IL) and put down 310. was pretty happy with the #s since it's just cam/headers/tunes (stock heads for now). dyno'd with 35s as well, going through 1 tons, atlas and th350
normally has 42s on it

can't wait to see what we gain once the new heads go on

Stout looking TJ! I love the 03-06 Rubicon TJs. Respect for putting a LS in it and not a rainbow Hemi. :p
