That's not a whole lot more power than stock, and it doesn't carry the power nearly as high in the RPM range. Those valve-springs MIGHT be barely adequate for that cam, but might be the culprit. I agree with everyone about the Flowmaster, ditch that POS for a decent straight-through design and you will pick up some gains. Even more if you get even the cheapest set of long-tubes.

Found why it's so low, cut my muffler off, they stuck the inlet on the exit part of the flowmaster. It's hitting a wall in the muffler, pics don't do it justice.

From the edge of muffler outside, that wall inside is 1 1/4". With one 2" hole in the center not even an inch from the outside wall.. Wtf

Friends don't let friends run Flowmasters. Get yourself a quality true-dual and long-tube combo using a Borla/Margnaflow/Maxflow/etc muffler, you won't be sorry. I'm running short-cased Jones Maxflow mufflers on my '78 Cutlass swap and I'm impressed by them. Especially for a $35 muffler.

Going back to the dyno in the mourning with my new tsp LT's, Y and magnaflow. Wish me luck!!

Oh btw this magnaflow, single in single out 3" has some rasp to it. How do u fix that???..

Well that was deff the problem, ended up with 368/364. I have a terrible rasp sound from 2-3k how do I fix it????

What y pipe? A lot of the time the merge is the source of the rasp.

Tsp y, and I cut the 2.5" off and put on a 3" to fit over stock pipe that goes to the back

This TSP catted y-pipe solved my rasp problems, although now it looks like they are no longer using Magnaflow High Flow cats in their current y-pipe but you may want to check if you can just get 2 cats welded in to your current setup: http://www.texas-speed.com/p-292-texas-speed-3-stainless-steel-catted-y-pipe.aspx
