Default Sound about right?

Picked up a WS6 awhile back, it has Ls6 Intake, Long tubes, 3 inch exhaust, stock ported and polished heads, 3200 Stall, 3.42 gears and a MS3 cam. Guy said it made 408 rwhp and 390 torque, does that sound about right for a auto car?

Doesn't sound to far off to me. 3200 stall with an ms3 sounds like the strange part to me.

Get a bigger stall then get Scott to tune it. Get a 3600 at least.

Depends on what kind of power band. Also bigger trans cooler is a must with the 60E. After my 60E blew 3 times i finally went to a bigger trans cooler. Learned the hard/expensive way. Hopefully you dont. But honestly with my size stall and 373 gears you should be getting 16+ mpg.

Drive ability is great. Its just faster getting up to speed which is fine but always take time to learn the car after any upgrades.

it has a aftermarket trans cooler on it already and the trans has been gone through according to the previous owner.

Numbers don't seem bad. I would be guessing Ported stock heads would gain me about 20hp. Which would put me in the ball park of your numbers. So to me it seems about right.

I have a 98 with all bolt ons stock heads and it only put down 315 rwhp 326 rwtq I dont have the ls6 intake or the m3 cam but our mods match up so how on earth are you putting down over 85 + hp just with ls6 intake and a cam it doesnt add up ?

That is great hp for an a4. At what rpm is the 3200 stall flashing at? 3400? Add nitrous and I bet that 3200 flashes to 3700.

I made 335rwhp and 350rwtrq with:
Lt headers, lid, ported 241 heads.

Ported stock 241 heads came on the car at the time i didn't know they was ported. The stall was stock and then my trans blew shortly after. Thats when i got my 60E built the first time and then added a 3600 stall
