Default More dyno tuning H/C/I

I took my car to Cal Speed Performance, as you guys had pointed out that it was running too lean. I figured I could have them tune it more thoroughly. I was surprised when they gained more than 20whp. Car pumped out 408whp/390rwtq after tuning it for a good hour and a half. I also am getting far better gas mileage.

Different dyno's?

How did the baseline pull on the second dyno compare to the final pull on the first dyno.

Well, it dynoed at 380whp with my friend's street tune, which several members were right about it being too lean (as high as 14 afr). After several dyno pulls (literally 4), he decided to just put the car back to stock and tune from there. Around the fifth pull it was at 401whp, and then he started to fine tune it. He mentioned something about fueling maps not working on the street tune.

Now the car is at a 13.0 -13.1 afr, so I think it should be safe. Unfortunately I'm getting blow by on deceleration from the intake manifold.
