Its a 4.125 bore with a 4.25 stroke!That explains the awesome torque!!

 

btw how do you figure out cubes with Bore and stroke?

 

Bore x Stroke

 

Bore x Bore x Stroke x 8 (Number of Cylinders) x .7854 (Pi divided by 3) = Total CI Displacement

 

Or you can multiply 50% of bore x50% bore x3.144 x stroke x number of cylinders BTW you can"t make a 455 ls1 with a 4.125 stroke ,not enough room for the bore needed. ^ thats funny!He"s beatin the crap out of him!

 

The 455 in my 67 firebird dyno's 676hp @ the flywheel on 91 octane. It's running a 4.1855" bore x 4.21" stroke. What will GM come up with next?!
