WTF-need help trouble shooting

WTF-need help trouble shooting Car has an ARE short block, TEA heads, TR 230 cam, long tubes, Walboro intank pump, 30# injectors, and tuning by Rapid motorsports.
Initially had valve float using CC 987 springs and YT rockers. After changing springs to the new dual crane spring my curve looked odd. The power would peak at 6000 rpm, drop about 10 hp, and level off to redline. I was told it was lifter issues, so I installed comp Rs with adjustable RR to set preload properly. Well after a long winter of wrenching, I dynoed yesterday and nothing has changed. I've been told the tune is fine. A/F was 13.7. I've been told by Thunder that the smaller diameter spring can be used on my heads. Where do I go from here??????
