Default AFR 205cc Dyno Results fresh from LG motorsports..

I went to the corvette dyno day today.. i have a few pics.. including the AFR dyno sheet.. sorry for the poor quality.. camera phone..

i noticed a few things on the AFR car.. that could inflate the #'s a little..
LSX 78mm port matched intake
Meizer Eletric water pump
Short belt
NX wet kit.. black wire loom.. stealthy install but i noticed the black solienoid and black wire loom covering everything going up to the power plate
I pointed it out and they said they wouldn't be spraying today.. jetted to 150 shot they said..
specs on the cam i believe were 224/222 .581/.581
the car dynoed very lean 14.2-4 AFR @ WOT i asked why its running so lean they said it likes to run lean..

the car dynoed 468rwhp/429torq w/ this setup.. so if thats on motor w/ the 150 shot it should be over 600rwhp

i'm not knocking the heads at all seeing in person their great quality.. i'd just like to see before and after dyno's where the only difference is the heads.. all those lil extras add up.

the cam they have is the same spec pretty much as my friends TR224 thats making 380rwhp.. i doubt a set of heads alone would get that to 468rwhp.. 88rwhp gain

Sounds pretty impressive to me considering the size of the cam, even despite the "tricks".

That is very lean, but those #'s are great for that cam. I wonder how lean the car is on the street????

I've been wondering this also. These heads are the reason I still have a bolt on only car. They need to give us atleast an estimate on a release date.

The heads are on sale.
Yep thats right you can buy them right now from a number of places.
The problem is geting them.
J/K guys.
I cant wait to see some new numbers as well.
I spent 5 G's in heads in the last 6 months for my 2 cars and damn am I gonna be pissed if these heads kill the ported LS6's. I will have to spend more money again.

We would have to factor that into any track times they produce with this car.

But look at the dyno sheet, look how it spikes right above 2800rpm's(torque). To me it looks like those guys hid a nitrous system to hype there numbers up.

Lol, that motor wasn't sprayed. The graph looks nothing like one on the bottle.

draw your own conclusion.. i know for a fact I and several other saw the NX kit on the car.

they might not of used it.. but i'm waiting for some #'s from customers before i draw any conclusions

the same cam in a full bolt on car w/ stock heads would be around 380 to 400rwhp... ported lsx maybe 410.. mezier pump what maybe 5.. short belt another 5.. so lets say w/ all that stuff on stock heads 420rwhp...

so lets see if others get a 48rwhp or more gain from these heads.
