Problem fixed, it was not valve float even though the chart may point to that direction, but it was a combination of a spark plug gapped to .20 and a spark plug wire defective and 1 of the cylinders was not getting proper air/fuel mixture.

Now I bought new MSD's and gapped all plugs to .35.

The car idle's much better being consistant and is not choppy meaning being up and down (RPMS) sound is a lil deeper to, seems like I have all my power back.

.20 gap wont cause you any power loss, I've seen stuff gapped in the .16-.18 range when necessary - but a bad wire can cause wonky things if that were the case. Glad its fixed

Yea, Thanks for responding again. Most of them were gapped to .25 and 1 to .20.

But I happen to cut open the old wires and 2 of then were bad. The steel inside one of them was bent and did not fully connect to the plug so when you installed the wire, it just touched the plug not fully engaged. and the other bad one was cut and had some white stuff on it like acid from a battery or something.

I have silver boots over them now and can't believe how strong to car feels now. No more idle popping and feels like I gained another cylinder.

My NTO5 R's are brand new and cant hold my power. I fished tailed the other day on the rd. lol

Who did your dyno tuning? Macdonald in Stuart? I live in PSL as well. Glad to see you got it fixed but that is something the tuning shop should have figured out.

I agree with you, Extreme Performance in Stuart Hired Jay Healy for the day from Redline Motorsports in Pompano Beach, because Tyler their tuner walked out a few months ago. Extreme does good work, but at a price. I feel like I was ripped off on the tune though to be honest. This is supposed to be top notch services with the $$$ I spent.

So This whole time I was down a cylinder, when they dynoed it. I am probably closer to 500 rwhp now

Extreme is a good reputable shop. i would go back and ask for a retune at no charge. I didn't realize they bought a Dyno there. They have been building vehicles for Miami Dolphin players and high end clients, they do great work so they should take care of you.
