Default Dyno estimate for 416? Will have result on June 29th

My 99 TA is at Norris Motorsports for the dyno tuning next week It's been a long time coming. The TA is finally repaired and sorted out after being stolen and having the new 416 trashed last year.

What hp & tq do you think this set up will make at the wheels?

416 LSA block w/oil squirters
Callies Comstar 4 inch crank
Wiseco pistons - 11.5 compression
Mellings high pressure oil pump
Reher - Morrison ported LS3 heads with stock valves and Manley springs.
237/245 .625 lift 114 LSA Reher - Morrison cam
LS7 lifters
LS3 rockers with WS6 Store trunnion upgrade
Fast 102 LSXR intake, long runner, with basic porting by Vengeance Racing ported.
NW 102 TB
Fast 57 pound injectors
ATI 10% UD
LPE 100mm MAF
FTP 104mm Lid
LPE 58x to 24x converter box
Kook's 1 7/8 headers
Norris Motorsports custom header x pipe adapter
Hooker Blackhart true dual x pipe exhaust
Norris Motorsports dyno tune.

Drive line
RPM Transmission Magnum T56 Level 6
McCloud twin disc RXT clutch
Carbon fiber drive shaft
Hawk's 8.8 rear end with Torsen T2 and 4.10's

Tires & Rims
17 inch stock SS rims - don't laugh too hard my roots are budget modding
BFG G-FORCE SPORT COMP-2 summer tires

Fuel system
Racetronix 255L/Hr Fuel Pump Kit

My guess is 518 whp 475 wtq...about a 100 hp over my old h& c LS1 set up.

Let the guesses rip and all estimates appreciated.

Really just depends on the dyno, so it's hard to say, but i was gonna say right around 520. So I'm guessing about the same as you

OK, so about 520 to the wheels, but about 100 to the GROUND, with those wimpy stock wheels, lol

Lol, indeed. Gotta to something about traction.
The tires were challenged with the old set up.

Got a set of used Fikse FM10's 17 x 9 front 17 x 11 rear, I'd planned to have on the car with better tires but events delayed that for a while.

I say 635 at the crank... your build reminds me of this article/build by LME.

Update for June 22nd

A nasty leak from the Magnum T56's tail shaft seal has to be repaired before the TA can be dyno tuned. We are waiting on the seal to arrive.

I had that problem as well.. the bushing in back of tail shaft was allowing yoke to walk eating seals.

Thank you, that explains why this happens. A friend drove my TA with Magnum. He liked it and got a Magnum for his FireHawk. His developed the same leak. I will pass that on.

What oil squirters are you running? I thought the OEM ones wouldn't work for 4" stroke. I thought I seen somewhere Katech has custom ones for the 4" stroke guys but they were $$$$$

I don't know. Whatever ERL used. The short block was one of their's on close out. My TA was stolen and the engine damaged, pistons, heads, valves & intake. Norris pulled it apart and put back together. I will ask the shop next time I talk to them.

The new seal for the Magnum came in so hopefully the repair will get done soon and the dyno tune too.

I had to go to a bigger fuel pump in my 416 that 255 was close to being maxed out
But I'll guess 510/480

If the OP has the hotwire kit with that 255 pump then it should be good till around 600 whp, so no problem there
