416 made horrible numbers!! What’s wrong?

Yup but the curve is too low.
That a 102 MM TB would not help get that Low Flat Lined TQ curve to rise higher, thus taking peak HP number with it?

If the man says all ls3 stokers make this power. The mans dyno should be avoided like the plague.
Get to the track for hp numbers and show off the dyno graph for $treet racing. Let it EAT!

A LS3 intake shouldn't be interfering with the throttle cam, but that is easy to check and cross off the list. Intake tube collapsing is a good thought. I seen that kill a motor before. Ditch the intake and see if it rips harder. Another easy test.
I would get an IR gun to your headers or at least a water spray. Look for dead cylinders. Verify your engine grounds. Maybe run a jumper ground head to head to block to frame to battery. Do a compression test just in case as well.
It is easy to accuse dyno but you have a reference car you should easily outrun and are not.

No the Dyno isn't the problem unless the operator put in the wrong inputs. No the injectors being flow matched isn't the problem unless 1 or more injectors flat out isn't turning on. No the intake manifold isn't the problem. When you're down 100 or more rwhp some is majorly wrong like missing cylinders or cam timing is WAY off.

Peak appears to be at 6000rpm... I would expect it be higher (intake or tb could be a cause for not carrying the band higher). The significantly low torque is concerning though (like others have mentioned). I like the temp readings on the primary tubes, good place to start, as well as pulling each plug for inspection.

Seriously. Those are numbers close with say a mild cam ls1. A 416? Damn. If he won't show you other files of other cars to compare with & he says that's normal. Find another dyno. Or go to track, or race somebody, or check over all your stuffs. You'll get it.

My cam only LS1 made 402 on that same dyno (LSXKilr) with a dorman intake a while back. It's not the dyno. Look into your setup.
KC Maxx is in town right up the road and (IMO) is the better shop and better tuner. If you need to validate your dyno readout, they have a 224x dynojet.
Judging by the normalish looking graph, I'd say it's running on 7 cylinders either electrically (fuel/spark) or mechanically (lifter), OR it has the wrong length pushrods in it. Hard to tell. What do the plugs look like?

My 421 peaked at 5800 with the LS3 intake, and now peaks at 6900 after switching to the Lsxr mid runner.
