Default Car cut out on dyno...need help diagnosing the problem

Here's the situation. I take my car to the dyno. We get strapped in and make some pulls. After two pulls, the car "cut out" at high rpm's both times. Since the car cut out my torque numbers were totally inaccurate when this happened (the tq just went up until it read 1200 and stopped). So I did not get a decent torque reading, and my horsepower number was 332 peak. I dont know what rpm this was at because I got no graphs showing hp vs rpm: I suspect maybe since the car cut out it threw off alot of things. A final pull was made and this time two connectors? were put on the plug wires and the car still cut out at high rpm's (Dyno man said sometimes a car will look like its cutting out when only one connector is attached, but he said its never an issue with two connectors). My A/F ratio sat around 12 the entire run, so I have concluded that the problem is not in the fueling, otherwise the car would have went lean in upper rpms, and it showed no signs whatsoever of doing that.

Here are my current mods during the dyno:

1999 Z28
Jet Hot LT's w/ true duals
LS6 intake
Jantzer Throttle body
TSP Air Lid
MSD 8.5mm wires
NGK TR55 plugs

After the dyno I was told by the dyno man to check plugs and wires, because more than likely that was the problem. I pulled all my plug wires and checked them with an ohm meter and they all checked out fine. I also pulled all the spark plugs and they all looked fine and were gapped exactly where they should be. (right around .055)

The only thing left that I can see causing the issue would be coil packs, battery, alternator, wiring. Any ideas on what could be the problem? This cutting out is unnoticed by me, and apparently the only way I will know if it is gone is to put it on the dyno. Car seems to idle smooth. Only problem I know of is tonight when I drove home my buddy said all my lights were flickering on my car (headlights, taillights, and I even noticed my dash lighting was flickering). Any chance this could be related and what needs to be checked/replaced? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated, because I really dont want to spend more time at the dyno only to find out my problem still exists.

Almost sounds like a bad ground wire. Check your battery first thing.

Checked ground and positive connection on the battery and they seemed to be good. Earlier today my voltage guage in my dash was bouncing around alot, but it stopped after a while and doesnt seem to be doing it now. I checked the battery voltage while running and while the car was off and both seem fine. (Above 14 while running and 12.8 when off)

sounds like you got a short somewhere, check the little red wire to the alternator, check your engine ground, etc.
