Default Axis vs Dynojet

In a thread on an unfortunately pussified motorcycle forum that I won't name, a member who is constantly hawking snake oil said that Axis dynos read higher numbers than Dynojet. I am very familiar with firsthand knowledge of Mustang and Dynojet dynos, but I have no knowledge of Axis dynos. My research leads me to believe that they are usually an inertia setup that can be (for a fee) converted to load bearing, but as said, I have no firsthand knowledge of this. I would appreciate any insight into this from people who have actual comparison numbers, or better yet, have operated them.

Saw this dynojet-vs-dobeck-fight that has some discussion about Axis dyno about halfway through.
