Just for comparison here is my setup dynoed at Eastside with AS 5.3L heads and a 232/232 57x 112 cam. I have an LS6 intake, Kooks long tubes\y-pipe with cats, SVO #30 injectors, Ported TB, descreened MAF, Lid, and with the Borla wide open. I also have a Moser 12-bolt with 4.11's.

The blue is the same setup but with JPR heads that were replaced with the AS 5.3's. Unfortunatly the shortblock let go a little bit afterwards, I have TTP building me a nice forged setup with a new LS6 block and there "equalizer" cam. The Heads were sent back to AS to make sure everything is good (he wants to change the valves?)because I kinda complained about my numbers also, especially since I was told my JPR heads didnt flow anywhere near what the AS's did and the preload was wrong (on the JPR setup) but yet I didnt make that much more power. The timing was higher on the JPR tune to make more power and I also changed from TTS headers to the Kooks wich may or may not have been a factor in the HP increase between the heads also. I have seen Jays heads make great numbers and with a new shortblock and TTP's cam dare I say it............I am expecteing to get great numbers back, dyno and track.
Now I just have to wait and see.

I agree, I heard the ravin catbacks don't flow any better than a flowmaster and Midas sells them.
Destroyer, do you have a cutout before that catback because I think that is what is choking your motor and holding down the hp and tq.
I don't think the MAC's are really affecting your numbers that much.

I'm not sure how good this ravin flow's so i might try to make a flange right before the muffler so i could do before and after test at the dyno. Anyway I ordered Kook 1 3/4 to 1 7/8 stepped headers in stainless so i atleast know that there will be restrictions for the future
