Recently, I did a 6.2 aluminum LS3 swap into a customer's 4th gen Camaro SS. Car is built and tuned by my shop Protree Racing in Royse City TX. Here are the mods and dyno results

453WHP @6700RPM



Engine:

- SBE aluminum 6.2 with flycut pistons

- Stock 821 LS3 heads

- 233/254 .621/.604 115 LSA camshaft

- Holley High ram 102mm intake manifold

-Chris1313 style intake



Transmission:

-TH400 built by Chase dooley in Mansfield, TX

-FTI hard hit torque converter spec to 44-4600 stall



Rear end:

-Trick chassis ford 9" stock width back braced billet ends

-35 spline strange axles

-4.56 gear ratio

-Yukon nodular center section 1350



Fuel:

-VP racing C85


tq is half due to Holley ecu waste fire

I want to say that's pretty good for the basic combo and all the dyno negatives(converter/trans/9in). Curve looks smooth👍. I would do some simple clean up port work to heads and port the Hiram base to the heads. Might be power in the exhaust too, you didn't mention what it had.

should run hard at the track, what headers are on it? i thought peak wouldve been over 6700 with that cam
