High stalled torque converter, drag radials, airlid, catback, long tubes, and tune should get you there. My car actually hasn't ran a low 12 time but with drag radials, driver mod, and the right conditions i see why it wouldn't.

All you need is a medium sized stall converter and some bolt-ons (airlid, pulley, headers, etc.) with some sticky tires and you will be there easy. There are many ways to get there, some prefer to just slap on some stickies and a 125 shot of nitrous.

I have a M6 but you can see what mods I have. Those times are with street tires with slicks it will do mid to low 11's. Hope this helps you out.

I'm running 12.75 with all the bolt on mods (se sig). This week I'm installing 4.10s....that should get me to 12.50s or better. Then I will install a ~3k torque converter. That will get me into the low 12s. On a cool day, with a perfect pass, maybe even hi 11s.
But I hear guys in Texas run 11s with just drag radials!
Biggest bang for the buck are torque converter, cam & headers.
