Cool Estimated final results from this package

on a 2002 Ls1 f-body
Going to be running the following setup

Direct-flow lid/Holley filter
FFHP Stage 2 5.3 heads (10.8:1 compression)
TSP torquer camshaft
QTP LT's with high flow catted y-pipe
Corsa exhaust.
A4 tranny(will initially dyno on stock stall doing a 3600 sometime around christmas)
3.23 gears
LS1 Edit dyno tuning by a top notch tuner.

I may or may not port the TB and MAF but I haven't decided on that.

Shooting for at least 415RWHP hoping maybe higher. Am I on the right track?

tranny and heads. dont get caught up in the hp numbers especially with an a4, your fighting a loosing battle. even with less then 400rwhp, with your stall, and some sticky tires you'll haul *** down the track

I was under the impression that the FFHP heads were very good especially at their price point. They certainly look a million times better than the pictures someone sent me of the porting job done by another budget head manufacturer. Now I'm wondering if I should be looking towards another company for my heads.

You might hit 400 hp locked if you get the rest of the bolt-ons including a pulley and TB with 3.23s..

I only listed the 3.23's because they're already on the car I'm not actually changing the gear ratio.

i could see you being very close to 400 locked to the wheels with your mods...i put down 373 in 2nd gear with an ls1 intake I'd think that cam would make similar #'s...add an ls6 intake & dyno in 3nd and you should be damn close.

Have you thought about Cam with a high lsa such as 114, 115, or so on? I would say 390 rwhp. Don't get caught up in dyno #'s. Take it to the track and check out the times and mph it throw's down. I am willing to bet it will surprise the crap out of you.

we have seen 393rwhp/385rwtq from a set of stage 1 5.7L heads with a cam as small as the LPE GT2-3(207/220 .573/.580 118.5LSA) through a 3500 stall and full bolt ons. car is running a 7.46@93mph in the 1/8 all engine, full interior. not bad for a small cam.
