It just put down 422 and 384 ft lbs of torque. HP peak was at about 6400, rev limiter is set at 6800, and 29 degree's of timing. Peak torque was at 4900. This was on a 99 model SS Camaro w/ a bone stock motor (most of the high numbers I've been seeing on this thread have been on 2001-2002 cars that have slightly better flowing heads stock). I'll be posting the dyno charts later once I figure out how, but baseline of this car on tuesday was 306 hp, and 317 ft lbs of torque. Steven is currently driving the car to MTI across town for some back up numbers to post along with our numbers...

Here's a video of it idling.

Here's a video of it making a pull.

Specs on this cam for now will remain unreleased until later. But this cam DEFINITELY will fit a stock motor w/ stock heads, and should also clear mild milling... It is smaller than a Trex cam, but has much more p-v. Picked up power everywhere above 2700 rpm.

Weve gone 467/422 on stock LS6 heads, and G5x3, full bolt ons, and a TPIS Oval TB. Pretty sick car.

I have been in this HPE car and it is sick. If you are in Houston or in driving distance Chuck (the Owner) and his crew do some of the best work I have ever seen and I have seen alot of guys in Texas try and do what they do. From the fisrt meting to the drive out you will be completely satisfied with there work and there professionalism. So if you are in Houston or are williong to order online these guys are first rate and will not let you down.

Nice numbers, it would be nice to have more torque though.

Damn, that is amazing on that motor (99 LS1)! Will the cam be streetable? Even for us A4 guys? When you gonna start selling them?

Impressive! You should be VERY close to 400 with the intake. Was that with your gears? I assume you have an M6? (Spec 3 clutch listed) What year car?

The cam is ULTRA streetable. I drove it all last night and it was really nice to drive. That has a LOT to do with the tune you get (I tuned this car), but with the wide LSA it really doesn't idle/drive bad at all. In fact it's very stealth like.

We are selling them now, and they will be ready to ship in about 2 weeks...

Thanks,
Chuck

Just dynoed our '01 Z06 tonight with the T-Rex. Pretty impressive so far.It has the stock H-pipe with TPIS headers and off-roads, Borla Stinger and stock unported TB. It made 449rwhp/401rwtq.

In comparison, I had the Thunder 236/230 cam in it before and it also made good numbers....421rwhp/380rwtq.

I'm going to try the 90mm TB with the 90mm LSX Intake if FAST ever releases the TB for the C5's!

My car made 412/384 with just a 231/237 on Speed Inc.'s dyno, no tricks. I think I could hop it up to 420+ with some more timing and other "stuff".

If you put the stock maf back on you would run better and make more power.

I asked Jim at Speed Inc. which MAF to put on before the dyno tune. He preferred the SLP unit. From what I understand the problem with the aftermarket MAFs is that people put them on and leave the car untuned, and expect them to work. After looking at both units side by side, it is hard for me to believe that a stock MAF will outperform an SLP MAF after a proper tune.

401 hp and 395 tq. Stock heads, no dyno tricks or any of that BS. On a 99 with a conservative tune. Cam is an FM11 (228/230 112) from Futral.
