Going to dyno my lt1, what to expect? Hey guys, im going to dyno this weekend, i'm just wondering what i shoudl expect. The car is a 1995 a4 z28 with 103k miles. The mods are..

K&N Intake (new air filter)
descreened MAF
52mm BBK TB
edelbrock shortie headers
3" exhaust tubing
!CATS
Flowmaster muffler
4l60e w/Shift kit stock stall
1.6 LT4 rockers and springs.
PCMFORLESS tune.
MSD 8.5 wires
Accel super coil
NGK tr55 (month old)
18" BC smoothie II's 275/35/18 Kuhmos
Car runs strong, no weird stuff. Take like a few seconds to start, thats about it.
BTW this will be in miami, on a dyno jet, i am not planning on doing any dyno tricks.
Let me know what i should expect.

The 3:42's and Blowmaster muffler is going to hurt dyno #'s for sure. Everything else looks ok except for the shorties (You really should get midlengths or longtubes)

Damn.. is there any more bolt ons left that will give me better numbers? you think long tubes would help alot? You say flowmaster is bad for perfomance? Then would a cut out help also?

A cutout would help on any restrictive exhaust, so that might be something you should look into. Although I am not sure how the crapmaster effects the lt1, I assume it is probably similar to the ls1. As for lt's, they would definatly give you more power...but how much I dont know.

I dyno'd on a hot day with the car running over 200 on the first pull and got 289rwhp/304rwtq. The bolt-ons I have are CAI, air-foil, descreened MAF, flowmaster cat-back, MSD 8.5mm wires, MSD Blaster coil, and the trick flow aluminum elbow (which in my opnion just soaks up heat). I am curious as to what you put down. On my final pull I got 290rwhp and 306rwtq. I thought not too bad for a basically stock LT-1 w/over 100k miles
