what do you think of these #s

I dynoed on a mustang dyno sunday at a dyno partyand these were the #s I got I thought they seemed high for my mods but no one elses #s seemed outragisly high I did have the cutout open and the fans on keeping it cool though. What do you think, I also heard mustang dynos read 10-15% lower than dyno jet anyway here is the sheet. By the way the rpms are off a little on the dyno sheet they show about 500rpm low.

i'd say they entered your weight and/or condtions wrong. i would say almost w/o a shadow of a doubt your car is not putting out those numbers. not with a 98 a4 (some of the lowest dynoing ls1's out) and minimal mods.

the weight is right and if he had the conditions entered wrong why does everyone else's #s seem right we all ran one right after the other like 20 of us and everyone seemed about right. I think I am going to go to a dynojet to get some more #s to see what is really going on or maybe run on that guys again.

98 a4
lid ~10-12hp
K&n ~ .5hp
FRA .5hp
msd superconductors ~ 0hp
plugs ~0hp
fan switch ~ 0hp
flowmaster ~ -8hp
cutout ~ 10hp
STB ~ 0hp

lets say you started at a base of 300rwhp which is generous for a 98 a4. do the simple math...

I agree with JRP. You didnt buy your car new? Might have heads/cam if not. Take it to a dynojet and verify.

I understand they seem very high that is why I am asking what the dyno operator could have done wrong and no I didnt buy the car new but I think the heads are factory couldnt tell you about internals though. I am going to run on a dynojet to see what it says too. Also my first pull was 314rwhp, @4000rpm, second was 340@ 4700, and the final was the one shown. Again I'm not debating the number are very high I just want to know why. The good thing though I was the only ta there and the rest were mostly mustangs so I've got all them wondering anyway and that was all I really wanted anyway.
