I thought you couldn't sump the stock plastic gas tanks on 99+ F-body's....or are you using a metal tanK???? Why have both fuel pumps external as opposed to having one intank and one external? Why not a big single if everything is outside of tank? Thanks...

They are running them in parallel versus serial. Greatly improves flow.

Also if a pump goes **** up wouldnt you rather just unbolt it instead of dropping the tank?

Yes, they would be much easier to replace, and I guess two walboros is probably cheaper than a single "big" pump. However, I always thought two pumps is not as good an idea as a single pump since if one of the two craps out, you can still run, but may lean out and go boom. Did they use the plastic tank (i.e. sumped???).

Thanks

Yes on the plastic tank. As we have shown you do not need alot of cubic inches to make great power. Our C5R Block 427 setup with a GT88 (midframe) setup will be done when we finalize the FAST setup.

How are you using those types of fittings on the stock plastic tank with no leaks? that is great! Do you sell the fittings to do this? i have a single intank walboro and a boost-a-pump, which is fine for now, but I would like a big single external later on...

What was the CR? Seems like you could run a lot more than 10psi on pump gas with a lowered CR, but then I guess its already making enough power for the street huh?
