It has been howling and grinding really bad. I'm going to have it rebuilt this weekend and dyno again, I thought it was going to lock up on the way to work this morning.

I'll bet you $100 that you have no pinion bearing preload when you take it apart. Make sure you put a solid pinion spacer in it this time.

It was originally set up by Moser. I would suggest to anyone that wants a 12 bolt to buy it unassembled and have someone that knows what they are doing set it up for you. I have less than 1500 miles and about 25 track passes with it and it's trashed

Without a doubt, anyone that has a modified car needs to spend the money and buy HP tuners. It is some of the best money I've ever spent on the car I don't know how I made out as good as I did before without it.

The exhausts are uncut, the intakes were already cut around .075 or so for another cam I had ran one time before. Allan @ FMS could let you know if it would work for you or not. Btw, my heads are not milled and I'm running a thin graphite gasket.

You would be surprised how many rear end manufacterers dont know how to setup gears properly.

I'm going to redyno Sunday with a stock 3.42 10 bolt... anybody want to guess how much I'll pick up over my piece of **** $2,600 moser 12 bolt? I'm going to run a 10 bolt it the car for a couple of weeks while I have my 1,500 mile, 3 month old moser 12 bolt rebuilt.

When I swapped from 10 bolt with 4.10's to my moser I lost 10rwhp and about the same rwtq, then about 5 more on top of that when I switched from the stock aluminum DS the the heavy duty chromoly one I have now.. that was before the moser went to hell. It wouldn't surprise me if I picked up between 15 to 20 rwhp over the bad rear that's in it now.

Are you going to also reinstall the stock alumimum driveshaft?
If so, guess 14hp and 14TQ

I broke my stock aluminum one, all I have is a stock steel one. I "think" my brother may have a spare aluminum one. I will atleast borrow one for the dyno session from someone.

Question.....is it me or are your O2s really low? One looks like it hit about 750 and the other 700 or so.

For some reason my car's O2's have always ran low like that They average about .750 to .700, but I've checked the A/F on two different dyno's. It may have something to do with the fuel additive I run in my car

The same thing as it does without it. You can see I'm only running 29* of timing, that and my only slightly higher than stock compression is fine on 93octane. I just use an additive when I know I'll be beating on the car alot.
