Why does my bone-stock '02 automatic Z28 dyno only 280.9 rwhp @ 295.7 ft-lb.?!

i've got a 2000 z-28 stock except for slp y-pipe free ram air and slp LM. vette doctor dyno tune and put down 307rwhp and 318rwtq. with 30k on the clock.this sounds pretty dissappionting for me! or do you guys think this is about right??

well, carteks dyno is a bit on the low side, i went there for a dyno day and most everyones number were off by about 10-15rwhp. my car went from 296rwhp and 306tq with a lid to 328/338 with a lid/cutout on a dyno that reads about right and my traps indicate the latter dyno number
